Review on TrueReview by Joseph Adaymiln

The software is easy to use, it also has great features such as having reviews posted automatically once they are completed or if you want them reviewed by another agent (this isn't available with all of their competitors). I am not entirely sure how many agents there actually really work out here but from what i've heard only 1-2 people do so that's good since we don't have much competition in our area! If anyone needs an automated system please get this one!! We needed something easier then other customer service companies like Zendesk where your team can be constantly distracted while working remotely. This lets us keep track of everything without being at risk every time someone uses twitter about needing help getting free stuff etc... It's easy to use, very fast, and I like that it has a lot of different features. The interface is not as intuitive as some other platforms. Also, there are some bugs in the software which can be annoying. You should try it out if you're looking for a platform with great reviews. We have been using truereviews to improve our customer service. We've been able to get more reviews online and we've had many repeat customers because of it.
