Although I wear a quilt thimble, I can't wear it with a longer needle. I love English Paper Piecing and use Sharp - almost twice as long as Between - so I can't wear a thimble. These dots looked like the perfect solution. I went online and watched a video where she said to take a few stitches and you will know exactly where to put that point. I did as she said and the dot landed on my index finger. Unfortunately, this finger is needed to pull the needle to the end of the fabric, and with a point this thick, this is not possible. I really wish I could do this job - the tip of my index finger really hurts.
