It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.

What are my options for returning or replacing this component?
I don't understand why commenters are getting replacements while I have to take apart and reassemble four chairs, ship them back, and then wait for a reimbursement. Isn't it simpler to just send over that one crucial piece of information?

Lovely, all around, and a pleasant place to relax.

Cons

Due to a minor issue, I have been asked to return all four chairs, receive a refund, and then make a new purchase.
