It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.
What are my options for returning or replacing this component? I don't understand why commenters are getting replacements while I have to take apart and reassemble four chairs, ship them back, and then wait for a reimbursement. Isn't it simpler to just send over that one crucial piece of information?
