Wow. This thing is heavy. I have bought several suitcases from auto parts stores for more than I paid for this suitcase and they are paper thin and tear in the wind. Not this one. Holy shit. So far this cover is impressive. It appears to be waterproof. Inside it is covered with felt material. It fits my '87 Wrangler perfectly, but the 33-inch tires stick out, which is to be expected. It's heavy and appears to be well assembled. Winter is coming so I'll update this if things get worse. away I am very impressed.
