This teapot is inconvenient to use. While the features are what I wanted, using a teapot is terrible. Does not remember the set value. The instructions are among the worst I've ever seen. Clearly translated from Chinese to English and there are simply not many instructions on how to operate the controls. You just have to play around with the controls to find out what works. Another unpleasant moment is the temperature setpoints. There is a setting for 194F and the closest temp is 212F. Nothing between different teas is perfect. I would recommend looking at other teapots. There are many to choose from and each one is easier to use than this one. As for me, I will be sending the kettle back.
