NEVER LISTENED CUSTOMER SUPPORT

This company doesn't deserve their good reputation and will soon lose it if they don't improve their customer service. It's impossible to reach their phone line and they clearly believe that product service ends at the point of sale. Continue; The product manual is a weak attempt to describe operation or troubleshooting. IE I'm returning my Express model because I keep getting notified on TV that I have a bad USB connection to my Roku player and the device isn't getting enough power, even though I actually plugged the device into an outlet via the Adapter that came with the device. . I returned this unit as a replacement and regret not purchasing the Revain Fire instead. I suggest that all potential customers try (or try) to contact customer service before making a purchase.
