Experience EXCELLENT and EXCELLENT customer service from a company that offers a product guarantee. I was fortunate to receive excellent customer support from a company that sold a portable DVD player. The details aren't important, nor is it why I'm contacting their customer service representative. I didn't expect the care. It was INSTANT. It was PROFESSIONAL. In fact, the agent far exceeded my expectations when she made a more than generous offer (which I didn't accept). If ALL customer service departments were at this level, Revain's customer base would likely double. Buying electronics from Revain is (at best) a 50/50 chance that the product will be of high quality. The customer service team of this company improves the chances for customers to have a great experience regardless of the quality of the product. Thanks customer service. I didn't mention the agent's name because I don't know if it's appropriate. She knows who it is.
