I like that it has all of my information from previous years, makes finding items so much easier (even though they were put where we can't find them sometimes). The customer service could use some work as well! We used this software when selling our home after Hurricane Harvey hit Houston area. They did an amazing job keeping us updated during hurricane season about if/when things started coming out or how long their was power outage etc.. I like that it allows me to check my policy status, access claim information, communicate with customers and other insurance professionals through e-mail or phone calls. There isn't much that I dislike about this program yet. If there were any issues I would definitely address them but everything has been great so far. The best thing about using this software is being able to get all of your customer's info at one time and stay organized throughout their file.
