Great customer service and great customer service reps!

I like that everything can be done from my phone or on computer, as well as all of our insurance information being able to transfer at anytime really helps us run much easier! Also there isn't any set up required other than filling out paperwork if needed. Some things just seem slower then others so it takes longer sometimes when we have an easy one but overall its great!! They also make customer service calls very easily too which saves me time especially while driving back home after work…

Great Insurance Software for Estate Sales

I like that it has all of my information from previous years, makes finding items so much easier (even though they were put where we can't find them sometimes). The customer service could use some work as well! We used this software when selling our home after Hurricane Harvey hit Houston area. They did an amazing job keeping us updated during hurricane season about if/when things started coming out or how long their was power outage etc.. I like that it allows me to check my policy status…

Great system for easy time saving - very satisfied!!

I like that we have been able to do everything through this system, even when our office was closed due to weather issues! The support staff has always responded very quickly whenever there were any questions or inquiries about how things work here at CatFastLkq/CFLI&E4U (the insurance carrier)!! We've never had an issue where something needed adjusting via email from my end -- only if it went directly into their ticketing department did they respond promptly & accurately every time. The…
