Review on Enhance Your Hamster's Habitat with Ferplast Hamster Cage: A Comprehensive Review by Laura Valenzuela

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Almost perfect though.

I like this cage and so does my hamster. At first I was afraid my long haired Syrian would get stuck in the pipes, but it turns out he was just being dramatic. The tubes were very easy and neat to assemble, contrary to what everyone else is saying. You really just need to look at a picture of a cage on the internet and you will find out everything easily. It probably took me about 10 minutes to put it together and that was with a toddler who "helped out" and played around with the baby. This is a very strong cage. BUT. I have 3 minor complaints.1. The wheel and water bottle weren't the best, at least my hamster wasn't a fan. But I just replaced them with his old ones from his other cage and everything was fine.2. I really wanted to attach this cage to my previous cage with tubes but these tubes are unlike any other and will not fit! I was very upset about that. But my biggest complaint is 3. The holes on the bent tubes are on the bottom! I'm not sure why anyone would think making holes at the top and bottom instead of the sides like straight pieces would be a good idea, but it creates a mess. My hamster loves to stuff his cheeks with food and carry it from the bottom up so food falls through the holes all over him every morning! I finally found a solution where I just tape off the bottom holes, but I just wish I didn't have to do this after every wash. Also, although this is a pretty good cage and my hamster definitely likes it better than his old one.
