These rings make perfectly round eggs! They are heavy enough that the egg won't fall out of the ring. Using the silicone brush that came with it, I applied some oil to the ring and cracked an egg into it. She scooped it all out onto a plate with a spatula and carefully slid the egg out of the ring.
