Perfect Eggs! - Egg Poacher
These rings make perfectly round eggs! They are heavy enough that the egg won't fall out of the ring. Using the silicone brush that came with it, I applied some oil to the ring and cracked an egg into it. She scooped it all out onto a plate with a spatula and carefully slid the egg out of the ring. As you can see from the photos it was the perfect egg. The best part about keeping the egg whites in a neat ring is that the yolk was completely runny and not overcooked inside.
