Great platform with amazing support & constant improvements

We are using it for our customer service team as well as our marketing department, we have been able to increase their productivity by 15% in just one month.
It is great that you can schedule tasks automatically according to your time zone so there's no manual work required! The best part about this software is that they're constantly listening to feedback from users and improving its features all the time. I would say the only thing which could be improved upon is the UI of the dashboard but other than that everything else has been fantastic.
