Excellent Product & Customer Service
The customer service is incredible in helping you get set up with their products to suit our needs/industry requirements which was seamless process from start-to finish (even down as far getting me an account manager who helped guide and support my experience!). I wish there were better training options available but they are working hard at that front so if anyone has any suggestions about trainings or coaching it would be great!! Nothing yet - just been waiting patiently :) Would definitely recommend this product / platform; nothing really came across during implementation phase other than positive feedbacks received post go live date when we started using them professionally after trial period ended..
Pros
- It was a very seamless process when we made our purchase, the product looks great and the customer support staff are very friendly and always there to ensure you get what you need
Cons
- While you get a good service there is nothing really to dislike but there are a few areas where it would have been better to get access to their product earlier
