Okay, during my last pregnancy a friend gave me her old C-shaped comforter. I used it, but it was huge as hell and switching to the other side was a chore, and I still wanted an extra pillow under my stomach for extra support. My husband groaned when I mentioned taking him out of storage for this pregnancy and I agreed. So I bought this little guy and it works so well, is very comfortable and the best part is that it's small. I use it in combination with my long straight body pillow (which I use all the time, not specifically for pregnancy) and I'm comfortable at night! When I try to roll onto my back, this little pillow keeps me at an angle and I wake up in that reclined position at least once a night, so it definitely comes in handy. And if you roll over, don't move it because both sides are the same - it provides support under your stomach and then prevents you from rolling onto your back completely. Highly recommended!
