Review on 🌿 A+D Tattoo Moisturizing Ointment - 1 oz Tube, Clinically Tested & Hypoallergenic by Jennifer Brogdon

I've been tattooing for 30 years (first done in a friend's kitchen when it was still illegal in New York!). The biggest challenge is keeping them hydrated so they don't form crusts that pull out the color. I originally used the original A&D formula for this. Those who have used it know that it sticks to your clothes and can get dirty. In 2000 I started using Tattoo Goo throughout the day as I could reapply it over and over again and it didn't get thick. Went back to A&D at night as it took longer to keep the tattoo from drying out or sticking to the sheets. I just got a new tattoo and went to Revain to get a new goo tattoo and saw this A&D tattoo version. It is MUCH better than the original formula as it is odorless and not as "sticky". It's more like a cream. The description says it's for healed tattoos but as others have said it's great for my new tattoo. You don't have to use too much so it will last a while. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and will keep it in my arsenal of tattoo care products in the future!
