I just found out that this USB-C cable actually works with the USB 2.0 version. I couldn't even imagine that someone would come out with a USB-C that didn't support the USB 3 version. So, after reading the letters in the description, yes, they say it's USB 2.0. But it's just ridiculous to sell such a product when there are other USB-3 cables that are backwards compatible with v2 if someone needs it in a USB-C cable for some weird reason. When you buy a USB-C cable, expect it to support USB version 3.0 or even 3.2. Please don't buy this cable, look for a USB-C that supports USB version 3 or higher.
