I just found out that this USB-C cable actually works with the USB 2.0 version. I couldn't even imagine that someone would come out with a USB-C that didn't support the USB 3 version. Suitable for transferring data from a phone to a computer, in my case a laptop. That's the worry. I figured if I bought an expensive one it would definitely work, and it does.

Sturdy and attractive with jet black braiding. Works perfectly with the AUKEY Minima Fast Charger and my Sony FX3 Cinema Camera. The camera is fully charged and allows you to use it for long sessions. Very satisfied. There is a very small but important flaw in the construction of this cable. It's slightly less than tight to what it's plugged into, causing it to constantly flicker between plugged in and unplugged if the cable is even slightly broken.
