I like that the mask is individually wrapped. The straps that hold the mask are not thick elastic, which makes the mask comfortable to wear. I had questions about NIOSH approval and the N95 mask. (You can also search the CDC website for NIOSH-approved companies. This company was on the N95 mask approval list.) I contacted the company and my call was answered quickly. All my questions were answered and I was sent a video showing me how to put on a mask properly. I appreciate the time Will took to answer all of my questions. Very professional and personable. I will be ordering more N95 masks from this company.
