What a great buy! This is not a cheap "tote bag" type poncho. It's thicker plastic and fits my 6 year old perfectly. She loves the color too! It has buttons on the side which is great for an active kid like mine. We used it for a 4 day rain hike. This poncho has been fully tested by my daughter in soccer, volleyball and general running. Endorsed by the sometimes concerned mother for the beautiful color that stands out in the wild!
