It's good I didn't get caught in a real emergency
The broken glass is made of thin plastic and the inner metal part (intended to break the window) fell apart easily rendering it unusable. All I did was drop it on the garage floor while digging through the kit. Thank goodness I didn't get into a real emergency where a windshield shattered.
