Let me first say that the watch is beautiful and my wife loves it. It works perfectly and shows the exact time. The watch came in a beautiful spring-loaded gift box. My wife has small wrists so we are taking her to a jeweler to have the bracelet shortened. My numb fingers can't function as well anymore, although the seller was kind enough to email me full instructions. It came with a protective plastic cover on the glass and a removable plastic piece on the stem to prevent it from working and draining the battery. I chose two-tone gold and silver with a dark green dial and gold hands. . It looked beautiful and looked VERY easy to read from the photos on the listing. Unfortunately, the numbers and hands are very shiny and look like little mirrors. As a result, they can appear very dark or very bright depending on the room lighting and wrist position. Sometimes it's really hard to read, and sometimes it's really easy. However, my wife decided to keep them. She loves the look and just needs to tilt her wrist at the right angle to catch the light and make reading easier when the ambient light calls for it. She said it looks high quality and she feels very comfortable. All links of the band are very smooth, polished and finished to perfection.
