I really like looking at this watch on my wrist but unfortunately the clasp was loose and while I was walking the dog the watch fell and I lost it! I tried to go back and look for it but I couldn't find it. The look is exactly what I was aiming for and I'm tempted to get another one, but I can't afford to keep throwing money away. It's a shame!

This watch is SO classy and sophisticated - perfect for the office or cocktail parties. Excellent quality, perfect font size and very easy to read. My only complaint is that there was no tool to remove links from a group. I know my way around jewelry repair and other DIY projects so I could do it myself if I had the tools. Instead I had to pay the watch shop $10. Next time I'll just buy an instrument!

After reading other reviews, I ordered this watch. I'm so glad I did. The watch is very elegant for the price. The dark gray face is very calming and sophisticated. I bought this watch because I wanted an updated version of my Kenneth Cole New York watch but I am very disappointed. The watch feels cheap and fragile and has a shiny finish. The clasp sticks out so it's very difficult to close and looks like it's about to break if you're not careful. The face is a lot smaller than I expected and it came with the included battery (I don't know how long it will last before I have to replace it). To my disappointment, the box arrived damaged!

Bought this watch for my mother's birthday. The clasp on this watch started failing a few months after receipt as it would not stay closed. Then one day, as she was walking across the parking lot, she broke free, the watch falling off her wrist and the glass shattering on the sidewalk. Now it is completely unusable and only 9 months have passed since purchase. I emailed Ann Klein directly asking about watch repairs under warranty and they didn't even bother to even answer me!

A few minutes ago I received my watch and I am very happy that I bought it. It looks so pretty and stylish. This watch can be easily worn with casual or dressy style. They were too loose on my wrist so I removed the extra link (very easy to remove) and now it fits perfectly. Let me first say that the watch is beautiful and my wife loves it. It works perfectly and shows the exact time. The watch came in a beautiful spring-loaded gift box.
