At first it was a struggle to use because I didn’t know how to properly place my hands and feet in the loop without it squeezing my skin too much but once i got the hang of it , it really helped! Especially doing leg stretches that I am unable to go deep into without assistance. No wears and tears so far even though I use it once every two weeks or so .
- Bought as a gift and she LOVES it. She uses it to stretch for dance and it works really well.
