I ordered this after getting Oxbow Orchard Grass brand timothy hay from another website (where I had ordered it for a while as it was much cheaper). I am allergic to hay but severely allergic to timothy grass. So I ordered Oxbow Orchard Hay from a third party through Revain and Timothy again! Hay from the garden has many stalks and seeds and smells different. One of my guinea pigs has bits of stalk in his throat all the time, so sometimes he wheezes all day, poor thing. This is clearly an Oxbow issue misrepresenting timothy hay as fruit hay and not a specific third party issue here. To add insult to injury, this item appears to be non-refundable! What a huge waste of money for a mislabeled product that I am severely allergic to and hurts my guinea pig! Shame on Revane and the seller.
