Review on Ozolio by Matthew Fadoul

Great solution - Just wish they were more reliable

The live video feed allows us at our resort to interact directly with guests online from anywhere we are located (we can do an area check in as well). It is also great for creating virtual gifts or virtual experiences when you cannot be there but want to interact in some way. In order for it to work, I had to download all kinds of different programs like Quickbooks which was not really user friendly. So after having problems loading video files at times, I eventually got tired of dealing with such issues. Sometimes videos would load and stream but then freeze so again sometimes video would just stop working altogether. Also once logged in you have to constantly reload for new content. Would love if someone else could get this up & running faster, maybe even integrate something similar where multiple cameras could work together and stream simultaneously without freezing. We use it mostly to communicate with guest who visit or call in regarding events hosted here. I have used several different video conferencing solutions over my career but none compare to OZOLIO! The customer support is amazing- always willing/able to go above & beyond what you need at any given time as well as offer tips when things aren't working properly (which happens often!). We are able to use it internally within our organization without having outside vendors involved which reduces costs dramatically compared to traditional videoconferences we've had before using them.
