The product works but it was poorly translated and obviously confused with Chinese. Included. once I realized the clear parts are NOT for Chevrolet as the instructions say. and that they are REALLY orange parts (the ones marked as Ford). then it clicked into place very easily. Spent 45 minutes trying to get the "wrong" part to work. Then he spent 2-3 minutes installing the "correct" parts. IF ONLY there was someone designated as a manager or supervisor who would be responsible for ensuring that the instructions are translated correctly before the product is launched. It would be a million dollar idea.
