I have several other switching robots and wanted to try this little camera as the price was affordable. The biggest problem is the power cord that plugs into the back of this small camera. The connection is NOT secure and the cable comes off too easily, causing the camera to turn off. The cable comes loose with the slightest movement of the camera. I bought two of these cameras and both cameras are not cable protected. If you want to sign up for their cloud service, cloud storage costs $7.90 per camera per month. Note that it only records movements/events, not 24/7. The HD quality is ok for the price.
