I can't rate warmth, but I can say last winter I had no problems with frozen hydrants. So it must be warm enough to keep the pipe from freezing. Love it.
- After everything else failed to keep my spigot from freezing these worked perfect.
- May not be suitable for use with high-pressure outdoor systems
