Time outside is so important.
My grandson, 13 months old, is very happy when he knows what's going well. Spastic happy. Then, oddly enough, he relaxes and begins to watch the sunlight filter through the tree's leaves as he sways. He blinks as the sun hits his eyes. swing, rock. He does it every time. It's nice to see him relax in his busy world, after all he's a sponge. I would have let him sleep there if his mother would have let me. Gifts that get kids outside are the best, right?
