Customer service was great apart from not being sure if the product was shipped.
Floor mats did not fit my 2014 Lexus IS250 F Sport AWD. There was never a description that indicated it was not suitable for four-wheel drive. Customer service was great except they weren't sure if the product was mis-shipped or just didn't fit in my car. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the mats seem to be of really good quality when they fit my car.
