I'm 5' 1", 153 lbs. and a 38 D. I purchased a size 14 and it fits perfectly, except the elastic sleeves were far too tight on my arms. So, I poked a hole underneath the inside of the sleeve to expose the elastic band, then snipped to loosen it. The sleeves still have the ruffle look, but the elastic is no longer cutting off the circulation in my arms. Being 5' 1", sun dresses are usually too long and make me look frumpy. The length of this is perfect - not too long, not too short - about mid-thigh. It looks very cute. The bodice isn't tight at all, which is wonderful because I'm quite busty. It's a flattering dress and I plan to buy them in different colors.
