Nobody can get their mind off the fact that they sent me a new laptop! This refurbished laptop exceeded my expectations! Not sure what I was expecting, I needed a laptop for school and this seemed to be what I needed at the right price. Dell seems to make durable equipment so I trust the brand but the laptop was refurbished so I took a chance with the sellers. Also, they only had two reviews at the time of purchase (and still have), anyway I figured the worst case scenario would be to return them. But from the way they packaged it to the condition of the computer, it actually looks and feels like new, I was blown away. I've had it for almost a month now and it's amazing! the only thing it is. The photos show there is a pattern on the lid but the one I received is not. I tried to write to the sellers but they never replied. Too bad because that's literally the only downside, their affordability for customers. Now I like the sleekness of the laptop, but in that sense it's not what it's advertised to be. All other information is correct. Mine is like smooth gummy/sticky, I don't know how to describe it, but it's really nice. as I said, just not as advertised. Okay, I'm in love, so I don't regret it one bit. Thank you for reading.
