Fits prefect in my review
Medium totally fits my 38D, 5'5", 155lbs wife well with room with a shirt and sweater under it. We got the "Try it before you buy it" Soooo, it wasnt raining out so we took it to the sink. The water ran off it like it was glass. Very cool fit as well as it showed my wife having the hour-glass figure with it zipped up. Great buy and she got it before Christmas to boot.
