This product shipped 3 days after I ordered it & delivered the next day, so they were pretty prompt. It arrived in good condition, no damage, in sealed packaging. It was relatively easy to assemble, but the arms are kind of a pain to attach. I recommend attaching the base last, contrary to the provided instructions.The one thing I don't like about this chair right off the bat is the fact that there is nothing holding the back and the seat together other than the armrests. There are two screws on each side attaching the seat to the armrests, and two additional screws on each side holding the back to the armrests. And they are not very long screws. There is no other support to hold the chair together. That seems rather flimsy and cheaply done to me, but only time will tell.Otherwise, it seems like a decent enough chair. Not as thickly padded as I'd hoped, so I am a little worried the seat may become uncomfortable fairly quickly. Again, time will tell, but my first impression is that it's a pretty cheap chair and I will probably be replacing it a lot sooner than I would prefer.
