Works well but difficult to set up.
I like the stylish look. The problem, and why I'm only getting 3 stars, is that it's difficult to attach the top to the bottom. If you don't press "firm" very hard, it will fall off. It's hard to figure out how to match the arrows. Once installed it works well but I've had more than one occasion where the pinch of salt I wanted ended up in a heap on the plate and table as the bottom fell off!
