9/2019 Ordered a second one just to see if I could get a defective one. The second was WORSE. I could put my whole body in the leg hole. Bought 24W. Revain will have to take this item off until the issues are resolved.7/2019 I ordered a pair of this style a few years ago as I live in a bathing suit during the summer. I ordered navy blue and black and I love them. This year I needed new costumes. I ordered navy blue, it fits everywhere except the legs. There was almost no rubber in the legs. I would be kicked out of the puddle if I put it on as absolutely everything would be on it. I can't believe no one at the factory noticed the lack of gum, or rather the lack of gum. I thought about fixing it myself, but then I got angry. Why buy something and fix someone else's mistake? Not sure if they are all missing a rubber band or if I just received one that is poorly made. I'm very disappointed because it was a great costume and I was dying to buy another one.
