I usually use Smart Ink with my Canon Pixma IP8720 and haven't had any problems with it. I decided to try EZ ink as it was even cheaper, but it was a big and costly mistake. I only used ONE EZ ink cartridge (cyan) because it ran out (the rest were smart inks). And after printing about half of the EZ cyan ink, my cyan printhead is now clogged and prints lines on every photo that uses cyan ink. I have cleaned the printhead many times and have not been able to fix it. When I print the test sheet, the lines are only cyan, so I know the problem was caused by the cyan EZ ink. I use my printer for business and need to be able to print nice photos and now I need to buy a new $100 printhead and possibly a whole new printer if the problem persists. I can't believe this ink messed up my printer which I had no problems using Smart Ink with. I want to sue this EZ ink company because of the price of my printer and the problems it caused me. TOTAL SCAM for selling cheap junk that will ruin your printer.
