The best thing for the money, I'm glad I chose this option.

Attached the results of some popular benchmarks.
When cooled by a top-flow cooler Deepcool Gabriel in a normally ventilated case during video encoding or rendering, the temperature of the CPU Package was kept at about 60 at a fan speed of 1100-1200 rpm.
 AMD fans don't have to bother with dislikes.

Pros

[Speech about i5-8500] Performance: 6 cores with total turbo boost up to 3900 MHz. Heat dissipation: very cool despite 14nm
