They work great and are tasteless which is exactly what I wanted. I often use them as toothpicks during and after meals. As a result, I can't use anything flavored or the mint flavor will ruin my food. I've never understood why it's so hard to find unscented dental floss. These work great too. They may look a bit small, but they work well. I use the same floss for a whole week and then just wash it off. Works just as well as the first day. This is a thread that will not break. The floss stays fairly stiff and thinner than usual, making it easier to slide between teeth. Just be careful not to press down too hard, as a thinner floss also means it's "sharper" and you don't want it suddenly cutting into your gums. So the movement should be mostly back and forth as you gently lower it to the base of the tooth and then move it back up.
