
Wrong part for car, they said it would fit. Won't this fit a 2001 Audi TT quattro roadster? The shank is too short to hold the nut. My original shaft has a threaded hole at the end of the shaft for attaching the axle bolt. This was with a nut-only solid shaft, male-threaded only, which worked if the shaft was longer and protruded beyond the rim of the hub. If you look at the pictures the shaft goes furthest through the hub. (The photos show the right side, but the left side had the same results.)
