Pros: long (!) case shortens hair care time in the morning, good temperature range and perfect heating through the body, long cord with swivel end never confusing, fun/unique product name , which people always remember when they talk about it (good job marketing for whoever calls it that!) Cons: 1.5" barrel not available, barrel end was loosened on arrival Just take the cruciform wrench whole, to tighten it), there is no curve on the part you hold it and it's a bit awkward because it can slip out of your hand if you're not used to it. Most curling irons have a larger circumference on the thumb and forefinger side of the hand and a smaller circumference on the pinky side to match your natural grip ratio. It's just a circle around the entire handle, so not ergonomic. So overall I'm happy with my purchase of this curling iron, with a few adjustments it could be perfect!
