Very disappointed it arrived broken. When you press the power button, it turns on, but as soon as you release the button, it turns off. So you have to hold down the button to keep it on. I read a review from another person who had the same issue, so this seems to be a common mistake. It's clearly not designed for that. Something else. The user manual says it needs to be recalibrated if you use it too much, but gives no instructions on how to do it. It just means calling the customer service number for instructions on how to do it. This is one of the most expensive sound level meters available from Revain and definitely not worth the money.
