I sweat more wearing my Sherpa hoodie or a hoodie and light jacket. The only time I found this made me sweat at all was in my spin class which is in a heated room. If you are athletic this probably isn’t the right product for you to achieve maximum results. I feel this product is for those who have not exercised regularly or are above average weight .
