Great! I use it once every few weeks or at least once a month if I forget. Just pour in some water, discard the bag and start recycling. Removes dirt and leaves a fresh scent. I love that he goes to the drain in the other bowl of the sink and cleans it. When I feel like I need a refresher in between, I use Plink to clean the blades. I've never had a problem with my disposal being very smelly to begin with and I'm 64 and my mom also had a disposal throughout my childhood. The most important key is to clean the sink every day, including the underside of the rubber flange that you stuff your trash through. Rinse the container with plenty of water each time until it is completely free of food. But Glisten cleans the entire interior of the container and the drain directly connected to it, and I find it useful. And I love that it's made by a family business in the USA.
