Works. I had to find the right place to plug it in, not at the end where the headphones go but at one of the sources. It reduces ground loop noise to barely noticeable when there is no sound in the headphones. Allowed me to connect two audio sources (laptop and switch) to the same headphone. It just works, no complaints so far. I've noticed a decrease in volume from a source that has an isolator. I wasn't expecting such a significant drop as a result, but it wasn't something I couldn't easily overcome. Anyway, I have an amp on this line and it wasn't putting out much sound. I had to turn up the volume a bit. When phones are only connected directly to the source, the sound quality is noticeably better and definitely clearer. But I hear nothing critical. just a conference call with a laptop and a nintendo switch or something output from another monitor, sometimes a phone.
