If you're looking for a new air purifier, look no further! This baby peels with ease, no more sweating peeling a bag of potatoes or apples. It has a very sharp, serrated blade that will cut through anything, so watch your hands. I have found that the best way to use this is to peel away from yourself rather than towards yourself like old knives. The grip is solid and thick, so if you have large or medium-sized hands this shouldn't be a problem. Overall, this is a great addition to my KitchenAid cookware set!
