So far as good as I think
I bought them for indoor classes which I attend about 3 times a week.
The first few times I used them my ankles were uncomfortable but I think I broke them and now they are perfect. This is my first pair of spinning shoes and they make a huge difference in how I pedal! I'm not concentrating on my legs anymore and I'm totally concentrating on leg strength! I highly recommend
