Attachment: After I was able to contact the company my money was immediately included. I couldn't be happier with the way they handled the situation. The new board is a multiple of all 2 inch letters of the alphabet and the scissors work great. I really like this fun message board! My original post: I decided to purchase this board because of the great reviews. I actually tried to find a way to contact the store before writing a bad review but I couldn't. When I first opened the Amazon box and saw the baby hippo box, I immediately noticed that the box itself was torn and damaged and the sticker covering the box was broken and dirty. From the beginning it looked like a return. Many of the letters on the transparent organizer have been erased. I was most happy with the 2 inch letters. It should consist of 93 letters with all symbols. I received only 73 letters and symbols. And the only letters were MNOPQ S. I got about 10 O and 5 Q. Not sure if they expect someone to be able to pronounce it! I started reading the smaller, jumbled up letters, but got so frustrated that I stopped. The small scissors that came with it were bent and blunt, I couldn't get them to cut a piece of thread let alone the plastic they were supposed to cut. I'm also very upset because when I bought this I paid almost an extra $14 to ship it to get it yesterday for my tonight wedding and I can't even use it! I will definitely be returning this!
