They say it's nickel free it's not. There's definitely nickel in the magnets, and that's the part that gets in your nose. Let me tell you I am not exaggerating when I say my nose was swollen and itchy. I sneezed and felt bad after ten minutes. I did a nickel test - peroxide or rubbing alcohol and yes magnets are nickel. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT use if you are allergic to nickel. I have blisters on the inside of my nose from reacting to it, I had to go to the hospital to get some ointment and allergy meds to make it better and it sucks. If you are not allergic to nickel: The piercing fits every nose differently, because every nose is different. Use the tip of the nose closer forward from the inside, don't push it back, it WILL win you over. Lots of people get real septum piercings there, so don't worry about it looking fake! It smells like nickel/metal and you have to get used to that smell, it's a very cheap product and you get what you pay for. It's good for the price. Please be sure and check things out.
