Let me start by saying that I love my belly button! Something about the stickers just made me happy. Haha, I first ordered mine in January and have been using it every day since. I've washed it in the dishwasher several times and all the stickers still look like new. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks ago, my bottle fell out of my truck and the cap broke. I was so speechless. I searched Amazon for a replacement cap and couldn't find one, but found a support email from bellybottle. So I emailed them the same day explaining what happened and asking if I could buy a replacement. Operations Manager Paul replied to my email within an hour and said that replacement caps are not sold but if I buy a new one from Amazon he will refund the cost of a new bottle. All he asked was that I send photos of the damage to my original bottle. Paul and I texted several times over the next few days regarding my replacement and he was always extremely helpful and very quick to reply to my emails. I received my refund in about a week. I already liked my bottle and now I love it even more because of the customer service I received! I will definitely give it to my girlfriends when they get pregnant!
